You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

This beautiful, evergreen shrub is a lovely addition to the garden.
In spring and summer (and sometimes throughout the year), the plant is covered in blue flowers.
The plant enjoys a full sun position and can handle most soil types. It’s a hardy plant that can tolerate dryness and it’s ideal for seaside gardens too.
It should grow to about 40cm high by 70cm wide.
