You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within two months. Alternatively, you can use it as a decorative pot plant as the coir pot will last between 12-18 months (then you can plant it in the ground).

Description

Lavandula canariensis.

With its dark green, fern-like leaves and blue / purple flowers, this true lavender is a lovely addition to the garden.

It flowers continuously from mid autumn through to summer and it should grow to about 70cm high by 70cm wide.

This hardy, low maintenance perennial enjoys a full sun position, with good air movement and good drainage.

Ideal for attracting bees and pollinators into the garden.
