Phygelius aequalis ‘Yellow Trumpet’.
The name can be misleading, as it is not a Fuchsia. They are actually related to Penstemon and Foxgloves.
The flowers of this shrubby plant are yellow and tube-shaped, appearing from mid summer through to autumn.
A hardy, drought tolerant perennial, this easy to care for plant prefers a full sun to part shade position.
It can handle most soil types, with good drainage.
It should grow to about 1m high by 75cm wide.
