You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

This fast growing vine is hardy and easy to grow.
The fruit can be eaten raw and the older fruit can be stir fried or steamed. The seeds, roots, leaves and stems are also edible.
The plant enjoys a full sun to part shade position in well drained soil and will require a trellis to grow on.
They’re self-pollinating, so you’ll only need the one plant.
Prune the vine in winter, leaving a few young shoots.
