High in vitamins and minerals, the leaves can be used in salads and sandwiches or with lightly cooked vegetables. Harvest the leaves just before use for maximum flavour. You can use the leaves all year round.
Lebanese cress enjoys a part shade position in moist, well draining soil. It’ll grow about 25cm high by 50cm wide.
