Teucrium marum. 1.1L coir pot.
This hardy perennial herb offers fragrant foliage and small pink flowers.
The plant is traditionally used as a general tonic, as a treatment for most nervous conditions, and to assist with insomnia (among other things).
The bark of the root is externally used to stop bleeding.
A tea can be made with the leaves.
The plant enjoys a full sun position in well draining soil, and can tolerate dry and hot positions. It should grow around 35cm high by 35cm wide.
