Known to induce vomiting and cure snake bites, the plant was also used to treat fever, headaches and stomach pains.
A tea can be made, which is believed to relieve a variety of symptoms.
The abundant chalk-white flowers make it an excellent pollinator plant.
The plant enjoys a full sun position in free draining soil. It can tolerate hot, dry conditions.
Grows to around 1.2m high.
