Loganberry is a hybrid of the North American blackberry and the European raspberry.
The plant enjoys a full sun position in moist, well draining soil and grows around 2m high by 3m wide. The plant will require a trellis or support system.
The fruit is elongated like a blackberry but red like a raspberry, and often used in jams and desserts. The fruit can spoil if exposed to extreme sunshine and heat, so protecting the fruit with shade cloth during this time can be helpful.
