Cedronella canariensis.

Native to North America and the Canary Islands, this perennial herb offers a lovely camphor scent. The aromatic foliage is used in perfume and pot pourri. The leaves can also be used in herbal tea, with the plant said to have healing properties.

Growing to around 90cm high by 90cm wide, the plant enjoys a full sun position in moist, rich, free draining soil.

During late spring into summer, soft pink flowers will appear, helping to attract bees and butterflies into your garden.
