Description
Rhagodia baccata. 3.7L coir pot.
This hardy, perennial shrub is native to the coastal regions of south west WA.
The leaves are succulent-like, and can be boiled or steamed. Similar in taste to salty spinach.
Small red berries appear from late summer to autumn, which are high in anti-oxidants.
The plant is drought tolerant once established, and should grow about 1.5m in height.
It prefers a full sun position but can handle some shade.
