Also known as Native Fuchsia, this hardy evergreen perennial offers pretty white flowers in winter.
The leaves of the plant can be used as a substitute for tea and they can be harvested all year round.
Growing to around 1.5m high by 1.5m wide, the shrub prefers a full sun position in well draining soil. It can handle coastal exposure.
