You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

This deciduous shrub / small tree is native to China.
The plant likes a full sun position in well draining soil and should grow around 4m high by 2m wide.
The scented, lilac coloured flowers will help attract bees into the garden.
Medicinally, the berries are used as a relaxant to regulate hormonal functions.
