Description
Ugni molinae. 3.7L coir pot.
This is a fantastic addition to your edible garden. This often under-rated evergreen shrub is sometimes compared to box, but with fruit.
A mass of white / pink bell-shaped flowers will appear in spring, followed by red / purple berries.
The fruit has a strawberry fragrance and they’re quite often left untouched by birds. The plant doesn’t have any disease or pest problems.
It is a hardy plant that prefers a full sun to part shade position and it should grow to about 1.2m high by 1.2m wide.
