Description

Taraxacum mongolicum. 3.7L coir pot.

Native to China and Mongolia, Chinese Dandelion has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat stomach and breast problems (among other things).

All parts of this perennial plant are edible. The leaves are full of vitamins and minerals and they can be used in salads and teas.

The roots can be used as a coffee substitute and the bright white flowers can be eaten fresh or used to make wine.
