Description
Olearia axillaris. 17cm coir pot.
Coastal daisy bush is a hardy perennial with fragrant edible foliage and edible cream coloured flowers.
The crushed leaves can be used as an insect repellant.
The plant enjoys a full sun position in well draining soil and should grow about 1.5m high by 1.5m wide.
Responds well to pruning and makes a nice hedge.
Also known as wild rosemary, the plant is salt tolerant, can handle low nutrient soils and windy conditions.
