You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

The foliage of this semi-deciduous large shrub has a powerful lime fragrance. The leaves are lovely in tea and the white flowers are beautiful.
It is a hardy plant that can grow almost anywhere in your garden (it can even handle poor, dry soils). It’ll grow to about 3m high by 2m wide. It enjoys a full sun to part shade position.
If it grows too big, it can be cut back hard in late summer. Water well during hot weather.
