You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

Description

Pittosporum angustifolium. 3.7L coir pot.

Also known as Gumbi Gumbi, the leaves of the plant are ideal for making tea.

The flowers are great for attracting birds and butterflies.

The orange fruit is not really considered a food source.

The plant enjoys a full sun to part shade position in free draining sandy / loamy soil and should grow around 4m high by 3m wide.

Drought tolerant once established.

Ideal for pots.
