Description
Mentha citrata. 1.1L coir pot.
This hardy perennial really packs a punch. It is often dried and used in pot pourri. It can be added to other classic herbs such as rosemary and lavender and used to add fragrance to bathwater (place the herbs in a muslin bag first). Freshly cut mint can be placed in a vase and used to freshen a room.
Orange Mint likes a full sun to part shade position (it can tolerate low light levels) in well draining soil. It enjoys regular watering and should grow to about 75cm high by 1m wide.
Ideal for containers, the plant will benefit from an annual prune.
