Description
Mentha pulegium. 1.1L coir pot.
This is a hardy, spreading ground cover that is ideal for moist, shady positions.
Popular in the middle ages, the herb is now rarely consumed due to it’s negative side affects with many people and it’s strong flavour.
It’s now more commonly valued for it’s insecticide and companion plant properties.
The plant enjoys a part shade position in constantly moist soil. It should grow to about 40cm high by 1m wide.
