You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

Clerodendrum floribundum var. angustifolium. 1.1L coir pot.
Growing to around 3m in height, this colourful, medium-sized shrub offers white fragrant flowers and red fleshy calyx which appear glossy and succulent, giving rise to the common name ‘lolly bush’.
The plant enjoys a full sun position in free draining soil.
An interesting and lovely addition to the garden.
Ideal as a butterfly attractant.
