Also known as Raspberry Jam Wattle, this tree is endemic to Western Australia.
The seeds are edible and can be ground to make flour. The orange resin can be used to make tea.
The yellow flowers, which appear in spring, are loved by the bees and birds.
Preferring a full sun position in free draining soil, the tree should grow to around 5m high by 3m wide in the garden.
