You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

This hardy evergreen shrub offers feathery silver foliage. It is not a culinary plant but it is useful as an insecticide and companion plant.
The plant enjoys a full sun position and it can handle most soil types. It should grow to roughly 1.1m high by 1m wide.
Roman Wormwood is a good hedging plant. Prune in autumn to keep it compact.
