Statice – Limonium sinuatum – 1.1L coir pot

1.1L coir pot.

You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within two months. Alternatively, you can use it as a decorative pot plant as the coir pot will last between 12-18 months (then you can plant it in the ground).

Limonium sinuatum.

This beautiful plant is an evergreen, clump-forming, tall-stemmed perennial (often treated as an annual).

The flowers bloom for long periods throughout spring and summer. The colours include purple, pink, orange, yellow and white. They’re great for use as cut and dry flowers.

The plant enjoys a full sun position in well-draining soil and requires minimal watering.

It has a flowering height of about 70cm and it is a wonderful addition to the garden, helping to attract beneficial insects.
