You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

Also known as Waterbush, this fast growing shrub offers fragrant flowers and edible berries. The flowers are ideal for helping to attract butterflies.
The plant enjoys a full sun to part shade position in free draining loamy soil and should grow about 3m high by 2m wide.
Drought tolerant once established.
