Description

Harpephyllum caffrum. 3.7L coir pot.

Native to South Africa, this fast-growing tree is great for attracting birds and butterflies.

The bark was traditionally used to treat skin conditions like acne and eczema.

The fruit can be sour, so it is often preserved as jam.

The plant enjoys a full sun to part shade position in well-draining soil, and should grow about 8m in height.

Dense canopy. Great shade tree.
