You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

This perennial plant has a long history of medicinal use and offers orange and yellow flowers that are often made into a balm to treat skin problems, muscle pains, sore gums and acne (among other things).
The plant enjoys a part shade position in moist, free draining soil.
It should grow around 60cm in height.
