Description
Anemopsis californica. 3.7L coir pot.
Native to South-Western North America and nearby areas of Mexico, this vigorous, low growing perennial offers white scented flowers in spring and summer.
It enjoys a full sun to part shade position in permanently moist soil, making it a great choice for planting along streams and ponds.
The plant has a strong history of medicinal use, treating such complaints as acute vaginitis, arthritis, nausea, muscular pain, plus many more.
The entire plant can be used, although it is believed the roots are stronger than the leaves and contain a larger percentage of essential oils.
