You can plant the coir pot directly into the ground, which will eliminate root disturbance and help keep your plant happy. The roots will make their way through the pot and into the soil. The pot itself will decompose within about two months in healthy, watered soil.

This high-yielding variety is self-pollinating, so you only need one plant to produce delicious fruit.
In ideal conditions, the plant will start producing fruit in about four months, when it reaches about 80-90cm in height.
The plant enjoys a warm, protected, full sun position in fertile, well draining soil.
