Description
Thymus serpyllum ‘Annie Hall’. 1.1L coir pot.
With it’s green fragrant foliage and rose pink flowers in summer, this thyme is a great addition to your herb collection.
The flowers and foliage are edible and are high in antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.
Thyme can be used at all stages of cooking and the flavours partner well with garlic, oregano, rosemary and other thymes.
The plant enjoys a full sun position in dry, well draining soil. It requires minimal watering and will die in heavy, wet soils. It can be planted between pavers and will handle light foot traffic.
It is a low growing plant and will reach about 5cm high by 50cm wide.
