Description
Artemisia lactiflora. 3.7L coir pot.
This hardy perennial isn’t as invasive as its relative Mugwort (A. vulgaris).
It offers small, creamy-white flowers.
The plant enjoys a full sun to part shade position in rich, moist, well draining soil.
It’ll grow about 1.3m high but can be cut back to create a shorter, bushier plant.
White Mugwort is used in Asian cooking. You can add the young stems to salads and the leaves can be cooked as a vegetable.
When taken as a tea, it is said to improve digestion.
